The piston pump has a drive shaft (1) comprising an eccentric cam, which is outwardly limited by a career bracket (2) that is limited circularly. A piston (10) is accommodated in a hollow cylinder (3), which is slightly pressed by a compression spring to the career bracket and is moved in the hollow cylinder. The eccentric cam is formed by a wheel tire (4). A guide column (5) is fixed together against periphery positions of the wheel tire. The drive shaft comprises a cross hole that encloses the guide column sliding in a longitudinal direction.
