<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil part that has a conductive core and electrodes without an increase in the number of components. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The coil part 1 comprises a conductive drum core 2 having a core part 21 and a first flange part 3 and a second flange part 4 disposed at opposite ends of the core part 21, a winding part 6 wound on the core part 21, an insulating plate core 5 providing a mounting point and supporting the drum core 2 by contact with the first flange part 3 and the second flange part 4, and a first electrode part 7 and a second electrode part 8 disposed at peripheral edges of the plate core on opposite longitudinal end sides to connect the winding part 6.
