<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize the features of a dye-sensitized solar cell, i.e., the design and flexibility. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell/display section 61 has both a function as a solar cell, and a function as a section for displaying a predetermined display body. A predetermined character string such as "POMY" is identified, and power is generated from illumination light or sunlight and stored in a storage battery 62. Features of a dye-sensitized solar cell can be utilized when the solar cell/display section 61 is irradiated with light from a light source 63 such as a fluorescent lamp by using power stored in the storage battery 62.
