<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for biochips having a high probe immobilization ratio, a uniform immobilization density, high detection sensitivity by preventing the nonspecific adsorption of proteins, and high reproducibility, when used as a substrate for biochips for immobilizing a probe comprising bio-related substances, such as, proteins and nucleic acids. <P>SOLUTION: The substrate for biochips can uniformly, at a high density, and stably bond an amino group onto a substrate surface, by immobilizing an amino-group-containing polymer to the surface of the substrate through a covalent bond; have high probe immobilization ratio and a uniform immobilization density by immobilizing the probe comprising bio-related substances; such as, proteins and nucleic acids though the use of the amino group, and have high detection sensitivity and high reproducibility by preventing nonspecific adsorption of proteins. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
