PURPOSE: A linear vibrator is provided to implement the slim of the device by arranging an elastic member at a vibration path outside of a vibrator. CONSTITUTION: A stator is placed within a housing(110). A vibrator(140) is arranged within the housing. The vibrator is vibrated by interaction with the stator in parallel with the width direction of the housing. The vibrator has a weight and a back yoke, and a magnet. The weight is combined with an elastic member. The back yoke is combined in the weight. The magnet vibrates the vibrator with interaction with a coil(130). One side of the elastic member(150) is combined on the side plate of the housing. The other side of the elastic member is combined with the vibrator.
