PURPOSE: A double bad smell removing device using a wet and a dry systems are provided to remove contaminants having big particles and water soluble pollutants, and to optimize deodorization efficiency of the contaminated air. CONSTITUTION: A double bad smell removing device using a wet and a dry systems includes a wet filter unit(100) and a dry filter unit(200). The wet filter unit includes a main body(110), a baffle(120), an eliminator(130), a filter member(140), and a washing water supplying part(150). The main body has an inlet(111), a first transfer hole(112), and a chamber(113). The washing water supplying part includes a water tank, a water pump, and a washing water injection pipe(153). The washing water injection pipe has a plurality of injection nozzles. The dry filter unit has a case, a first filter(220), a sterilization and deodorization lamp(230), a second filter(240), and a third filter(250). The case includes a second transfer hole(211), an outlet(212), a plurality of checking windows(213), and a checking door.
