PURPOSE: A modified asphalt waterproofing material is provided to suppress the generation of toxic gas at work, to prevent the fire and to prevent oxidation and aging according to hot melt because construction is enabled by cold applications. CONSTITUTION: A modified asphalt waterproofing material comprises straight asphalt 30-50 parts by weight, modifier 5-10 parts by weight, process oil 10-30 parts by weight, filler 10-30 parts by weight, and low firing point oil 5-20 parts by weight. The modified asphalt waterproofing material further comprises an antifoaming agent, plasticizer, antioxidant, and antiaging agent as a subsidiary component.
