<p>PURPOSE: A scale loss rate reduction method in a hot rolling process is provided to obtain the actual temperature of a slab for atmosphere temperature management according to slab condition and slab temperature management. CONSTITUTION: A scale loss rate reduction method in a hot rolling process comprises the steps of: putting a slab in a heating zone inside of a heating furnace and heating the slab for a specified time(S100), calculating the average inner temperature on multiple spots in the width direction of the slab(S200), calculating the atmosphere temperature of the heating zone and the total heat absorption rate for maintaining the internal temperature of the next slab(S400), calculating a heat flux from the total heat absorption rate, the heating zone atmosphere temperature, and the average inner temperature(S500), and calculating the inner temperature of the next slab(S600).</p> |
