PURPOSE: A watch in which two rings rotating in opposite directions is provided to supply a user desired function by turning a first and second ring with an index mode. CONSTITUTION: A watch in which two rings rotating in opposite directions comprises a cylindrical bore(30), a first ring(40), and a second ring(50). A stepped part(31) is formed in the outer circumference of the cylindrical bore. The start ring is connected to the circumference and is a start click spring(S1) is interposed in the start ring. A tab(42) on which a start character is inscribed is included on the outer circumference of the start ring. The finish ring contacts with the bore and a finish click spring(S2) and a polygon spring are interposed. The bottom of the second ring and the upper side slides the upper side of the bore and the first ring.
