The system has an intermediate connection unit (30) receiving an assembling unit and a fixation axle (21) by fitting and provided with elastic bosses (37, 38). The assembling unit assembles exhaust components e.g. silencer (11) and thermal shield (12), with the connection unit. The fixation axle fixes the connection unit to a body component i.e. underframe, of a motor vehicle. The assembling unit is formed by U-shaped branches (111, 112, 121, 122) constituting assembling axles. A centering unit has a centering rod (212) formed at one end of the fixation axle.
