PURPOSE: A semiconductor integrated circuit is provided to generate the clock of polyphase by arranging the voltage controlled oscillator. CONSTITUTION: The clock input buffer(10) generates the reference clock by buffering the external clock. The phase locked loop circuit(20) is created the control voltage in response to the frequency of the reference clock. The PLL clock having the frequency which the phase locked loop circuit copes with the level of the control voltage is created. The transmit line(30) transmits the PLL clock. The voltage controlled oscillator(40) launches the output clock in response to the PLL clock transmitted through the transmit line. A plurality of data output buffers(50) provides the output clock. The data output buffer is proceed the buffering action about input/output data.
