The dormer has a sub-structure (2) attached with an upper frame of the dormer. A movable roof-window (3) is designed as a roof, attached on the upper frame, and upwardly opened or laterally moved. The roof window is formed in flat, round, triangular or trapezoidal shape. An angled rim is attached at an outer side of the roof window and forms a cover for sealing a space between the sub-structure and the roof window, where the roof window is made of a transparent material. A leaf spring is provided for opening and closing the roof-window.
