PURPOSE: A support insulator for fixing a transmission line is provided to remove inconvenience of user due to power down by controlling a transmission line through a driving motor, a rotary drum, and an insulating member. CONSTITUTION: An arm(10) is fixed to a top part of an electric pole by a fixing band. A driving motor(20) is installed to the arm. A rotary drum(30) is installed to the driving motor. An insulating member(40) is fixed to a circumferential surface of the rotary drum. A shaft support member(50) supports the rotary drum. A transmission line support part(60) is arranged to a top surface of the arm in order to support the transmission line, and includes a pair of transmission line support pieces and an elastic support piece. A switch part is arranged to the arm in order to control an operation of the driving motor.
