<p>In a method of controlling the concentration of P-containing treatment liquid waste, there is provided a waste liquid buffer tank capable of, after receiving of P-containing treatment liquid waste, feeding the liquid to a wastewater treatment plant or reserving the waste liquid. While maintaining the concentration of P-containing treatment liquid within a target concentration range, a treatment object is treated. The P concentration of P-containing treatment liquid waste in the waste liquid buffer tank is measured. When the measurement of P concentration is below an allowable upper limit, the P-containing treatment liquid waste is fed from the waste liquid buffer tank to a wastewater treatment plant. When the measurement of P concentration is the allowable upper limit or above, feeding of the P-containing treatment liquid waste to the wastewater treatment plant is discontinued and the waste liquid is reserved in the waste liquid buffer tank. The concentration of P-containing treatment liquid is lowered to a value falling within the target concentration range and the liquid is used to treat the treatment object.</p> |
