<p>The mechanism has a cam disk (1) transferred by a predetermined distance (111) against a force transmission axis (20). Geometry of the disk, position of the disk relative to an axial guidance region, geometry of a scanning element (3) and position of the scanning element at a drive element (2) are selected such that an intersection of line of influence of radial force (Fr) with the transmission axis lies within an extension (D) of the guidance region for each rotating position of the disk. The radial force is transmitted from the scanning element to the disk. An independent claim is also included for a piston pump for high speed liquid chromatography, comprising a cam mechanism.</p> |
