<p>The method involves activating a time interval meter by a control element (6) when a bet has a preset credit account. The meter is held and/or reset by starting a gaming device. A signaling device is activated during functioning of the meter, and a start meter is incremented, where reading of the start meter is tested by the element upon reaching or exceeding a preset meter reading. The gaming device is activated by the element during reaching or exceeding the preset meter reading. The bet is decremented by a credit meter, or the credit account is brought in the credit meter for payment. An independent claim is also included for a device for starting a gaming device of a coin-operated gaming machine.</p> |
