PURPOSE: An anisotropic conductive film for microcircuit connection is provided to prevent electrical short in a very minute terminal by enabling the control of a conductive part and to be usable in a connection terminal with narrow effective area. CONSTITUTION: An anisotropic conductive film for microcircuit connection comprises a plurality of conductive filament lines(100) which are arranged parallel to a first direction(1) while maintaining a gap(120); and a plurality of insulating filament(110) which are arranged to have a connection structure being entangled with conductive filaments in a second direction(2) with vertical to or inclined to the first direction.
