PURPOSE: A knife grinding device is provided, which can grind the edge sharply by adhering two grindstones closely using a pressing device. CONSTITUTION: A knife grinding device comprises two grindstones and rotating device(3). The rotating device drives grindstone. The grindstone is composed of a fixed rotary grindstone(1) and a oppression grindstone(2). The fixed rotary grindstone comprises a rotating device. The oppression grindstone comprises a pressing device(4). The pressing device adheres to the oppression grindstone to the fixed rotary grindstone. |
