<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structural plywood integrated floor heating panel including a floor heating structure in a structural plywood directly fitted to a sleeper, which is proposed in the light of recent circumstances such that a floor joist of a floor structure is eliminated. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A heater wire storing groove 4 for laying a heater wire 3 is formed on the surface of a structural plywood 2 having a predetermined thickness, the thickness of a remaining structural plywood 2 obtained by subtracting a depth of the heater wire storing groove 4 from the total thickness of the structural plywood 2 is the minimum thickness of the structural plywood 2 eliminating the floor joist.
