<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a natural rubber masterbatch comprising drying a mixed liquid of natural rubber latex with silica slurry that reduces the viscosity, enhances abrasion resistance and reduces a hysteresis loss, of the natural rubber masterbatch. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the natural rubber masterbatch includes mixing the natural rubber latex with the silica slurry comprised of water and silica dispersed therein and drying the thus-obtained mixed liquid, where at least one selected from the group consisting of urea, a urea derivative and a urea double salt of urea or a urea derivative is incorporated into the mixed liquid to denature a protein in the natural rubber latex.
