PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical obturator which can obturate transbronchially a bronchial tube to solve problems in the surgical treatment of pulmonary emphysema, and can be easily fabricated. SOLUTION: The medical obturator includes anchor matter 2 that can be anchored on the bifurcation H4b at which the lumen of a bronchial tube H4 is bifurcated into a plurality of lumens, wherein the anchor matter 2 includes a first obturation 9, a second obturation 10, and an engagement 11; the first obturation 9 can obturate the first bifurcated lumen H4c, i.e., one of the bifurcation H4b; the second obturation 10 can obturate the second bifurcated lumen H4d which is different from the first bifurcated lumen H4c; and the engagement 11 can be engaged with the edge of a junction positioned between the first bifurcated lumen H4c and the second bifurcated lumen H4d.
