PURPOSE: A structure of an LED lamp is provided to reduce light consumption by reflecting a light leaked in driving an LED device. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of circuit devices including an LED device is mounted to a pair of circuit boards(15). A diffusion cover(30) of a semi-cylindrical shape diffuses a light emitted from the LED device mounted to the circuit board. A reflecting cover is arranged to an inner side of the diffusion cover in order to receive the circuit board, reflects the light emitted from the LED device, and delivers the reflected light to the diffusion cover. A heat dissipation cover(20) is coupled with the diffusion cover, the reflecting cover, and the circuit board. A plurality of heat dissipation pins is formed to an outer circumference of the heat dissipation cover. A finishing cap finishes both ends of the diffusion cover, the reflecting cover, and the heat dissipation cover.
