PURPOSE:To obtain the diaphragm plate for speaker with high specific elasticity by using boron fiber. CONSTITUTION:Boron fibers 1 are manufactured by separating the boron 3, 10- 80mu with gas phase vapor deposit method on the surface of tungsten wire 2, 5- 30mum. The boron fiber 1 is cut off in about 10mm. and fixed on aluminum foil 4, 5- 10mum thick with acryl system adhesives 5. A plurality of aluminum foils 4 on which boron fibers are sticked are laminated and the adhesives 5 is removed with heating in vacuum and formed with heating and pressing. Thus, the aluminum foil 4 is molten to obtain the boron-aluminum composite 6 implanted with the boron fibers 1. In heating and pressing, the diaphragm plate made of boron aluminum composite 6 is obtained by forming it into the shape of a diaphragm plate. Further, in laminating aluminum foils, it is preferrable to make the boron fibers 1 orthogonal. |
