PURPOSE: A cemented carbide hetero-metal straight blank material for a micro cutting tool and a micro-drill manufacturing method using the same are provided to manufacture a micro cutting tool with low cost by cemented carbide blank material on a shank material through adhesive or a welding method. CONSTITUTION: A cemented carbide hetero-metal straight blank material for a micro cutting tool is fixed on a material housing portion(21) of a shank material(20). A material insertion joint is formed on the cross section of the shank material and a cemented carbide hetero-metal straight blank material(22) is inserted into a material insertion junction without exposure. The cemented carbide hetero-metal straight blank material is fixed on the material insertion junction through adhesive or welding.
