PURPOSE: A lower temperature waterproof coating composition is provided to improve the reproducibility of the coating thickness and to lower the manufacturing cost without the deterioration of the waterproofness even in case of severe cold. CONSTITUTION: A lower temperature waterproof coating composition comprises asphalt 39.3 - 75.4 weight%, an asphalt modifier 2.9 - 8.8 weight%, a dispersant 12.2 - 25.8 weight%, a tensile strength intensifier 1.0 - 3.6 weight%, a room temperature curing agent or adhesion preserver 3.0 - 12.3 weight%, a filler 5.5 - 10.2 weight%, and a stabilizer. The composition has a specific gravity of 1 or less, and the tensile strength intensifier is the celluloid having a specific gravity of 0.3 - 0.8.
