<p>A method, system and single board of supporting hot plug are disclosed, which belong to communication field. The said method includes: a front board detects the state of a wrench of a rear transmission module(RTM), which is connected with the front board, and the front board controls whether load power is supplied to the rear transmission module(RTM) according to the detection result. The said system includes a front board and a rear transmission module(RTM) which is connected with the front board. The single board includes: control module and rear transmission module(RTM) power module which is connected with the control module.</p>
