<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cashless system of congratulatory money and condolence money at ceremonial occasions and parties, and to provide an internet mail which takes place of telegram/telegraph. <P>SOLUTION: An account is opened at a financial institute for a limited period, while ceremonial occasions or parties are held, in order to make it possible to deposit congratulatory money and condolence money, with a method other than cash.
