<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve improvement of influence by light of an unwanted polarized light component generated due to angle dependency while being made compact. <P>SOLUTION: A first phase difference film 101 that is arranged on an optical path of red light R color-separated by a first dichroic mirror 51 and gives a phase difference to the red light R to correct a polarization state is formed on a reflection side of the first dichroic mirror 51, a second phase difference film 102 that is arranged on an optical path of green light G color-separated by a second dichroic mirror 52 and gives a phase difference to the green light G to correct a polarization state is formed on a reflection side of the second dichroic mirror 52, and a third phase difference film 103 that is arranged on an optical path of blue light B color-separated by a third dichroic mirror 52 and gives a phase difference to the blue light B to correct a polarization state is formed on a transmission side of the third dichroic mirror 53. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
