PURPOSE: An energy recovery device driven by a rotary type plate valve is provided to control the speed and a location of a valve supplying enriched water to a power recovery chamber with the rotary type plate valve and an electric motor. CONSTITUTION: An energy recovery device(9) driven by a rotary type plate valve includes a power recovery chamber(91), a lower pressure recovery supply pipe(41), an enriched water supply pipe(61), an enriched water discharge pipe(95), and an enriched water control valve block(93). The power recovery chamber comprises a first power recovery chamber(91a) and a second power recovery chamber(91b). A plurality of check valves(93) are formed on a connection part of the lower pressure recovery supply pipe and a high pressure recovery supply pipe.
