PURPOSE: A mixture composition of chlorella and red insam (ginseng), and its preparation method are provided to minimize the side effect and to obtain the effect preventing and relieving depression. CONSTITUTION: A mixture composition of chlorella and red insam comprises chlorella and red insam in a ratio of 1-9 : 9-1. Preferably the mixture composition of chlorella and red insam is formulated into a pill, a powder, a granule, infusion, a tablet, a capsule or a liquid.
