<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supply providing system capable of easily getting questionnaire survey results effective in the sample. <P>SOLUTION: A control part 1 refers to a questionnaire answer rate from information acquired from a management device B, and determines whether or not the questionnaire answer rate is 100%, that is, whether or not a user answers questionnaire survey related with all samples which have been already provided. Then, when the questionnaire answer rate is 100%, the control part 1 decides that it is possible to provide the samples. Therefore, any new sample is not provided unless the user has answered the questionnaire survey to the samples which have been already provided. Thus, it is possible to increase the rate of the user who answer the questionnaire survey among the users to whom the samples have been provided.
