PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet head cleaning device capable of enhancing the cleaning effect of the nozzle face of a wiping blade and therefore contributing to highly accurate ink discharge. SOLUTION: The inkjet head cleaning device includes: a cleaning cloth unit having a cloth roller 1 around which a beltlike cleaning cloth 16 is wound, a winding shaft 2 winding the cleaning cloth 16, and a guide group 3 forming a winding path in which the cleaning cloth 16 taken out from the cloth roller 1 is wound around the winding shaft 2; and a wipe unit having the wiping blade 4 executing wiping cleaning of the nozzle face of the inkjet head. There are a place with which the wiping blade 4 comes in contact and a place with which the nozzle face comes in contact in the path of the cleaning cloth formed by the guide group 3.
