PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder slush molding apparatus which can materialize good drying by the uniform flow of powder by uniform air blasting to the powder and a powder skin molding method. SOLUTION: In the powder slush molding apparatus 1 comprising a box 3 with its upper part opened, a filter 4 installed to divide the inside of the box into upper and lower parts, a storage space 5 which is formed above the filter 4 and in which the powder 2 is stored, an air blasting space 6 which is formed below the filter 4 and supplies air to the powder 2 from below through the filter 4, and the duct 7 of an air blower for introducing air into the air blasting space 6, the filter 4 is composed of overlapping a plurality of cloths 4a-4c each other, and air is supplied uniformly to the powder 2 through the filter 4.
