<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for measuring a cutting edge position of a construction machine, capable of accurately measuring the cutting edge position of the construction machine. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A cutting edge position calculator 7 extracts markers M1 and M2 and detects positions thereof on image by binarizing images taken by cameras 6R and 6L, determines three-dimensional positions of the markers M1 and M2 from the detected positions on image by three-dimensional position measurement by a triangulation method, determines an inclination of a straight line mutually connecting the markers M1 and M2 from the determined three-dimensional positions of the markers M1 and M2, and determines a cutting edge position 5c of a bucket 4 from the inclination of the straight line, the determined three-dimensional positions of the markers M1 and M2, and a predetermined offset value of cutting position relative to the marker M1.
