<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the riding of three children in a stable state, and to also smoothly perform the turnaround of a tricycle by the operation of a handle bar in the tricycle having two front wheels and one rear wheel. <P>SOLUTION: The tricycle is provided with the two front wheels 10a, 10b driven by a pedal 9 through a chain type rotation drive mechanism 12; and the one rear wheel 10c made pivotal in a left/right direction by the operation of the handle bar 5 operation through a steering gear mechanism 21 at front and rear parts of a chassis body 1. Two front side seats 18a, 18b are arranged at the two front wheel 10a, 10b sides at a front side of a saddle 4 position arranged at a middle of the chassis body 1 and one rear side seat 18c is arranged at the one rear wheel 10c side at a rear side. The steering gear mechanism 21 is laid between a steering sprocket integrated with a middle transmission gear engaged with a drive side gear provided on a lower end of a steering shaft 6 and a pivot sprocket provided on an upper end of a pivot support member 25 pivotally attached with an axle 11 of the one rear wheel 10c by a steering chain. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
