<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus and an imaging method that enable to obtain super-resolution without moving an imaging means. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus has a light splitting means for splitting an optical image of a body to be inspected into a plurality of optical images, a plurality of imaging means for imaging the optical images split by the light splitting means at a position where an optical distance in-between the body to be inspected becomes constant, and an image correction means for executing image correction from a plurality of the images imaged by the plurality of imaging means.
