PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch release bearing having reduced torque loss while maintaining good lubricating performance and water resistance. SOLUTION: In the clutch release bearing 10, an outer ring collar portion 22 extending to the radial inward side is formed at the one-side end of an outer ring 20, the side face of the bearing outside of the outer ring collar portion 22 is a contact face 24 with which a diaphragm spring 12 has contact, and an inner ring collar portion 34 extending to the radial inward side is formed at the one-side end of an inner ring 30 on the same side as one side where the outer ring collar portion 22 is formed, at a predetermined space from the outer ring collar portion 22. A first seal member 40 is arranged ranging from the one-side end of the inner ring 30 to the inner ring collar portion 34. The first seal member 40 has an axial lip 44 which is being located adjacent to the front end of the outer ring collar portion 22 in no contact therewith, and a seal lip 46 which is being located adjacent to the side face of the bearing inside of the outer ring collar portion 22 in no contact therewith.
