Disclosed are a novel double long chain ester-based quaternary-N and synthesis technique thereof, the synthesis steps thereof being as follows: an esterification reaction of halogenated carboxylic acid: mixing a halogenated carboxylic acid or a halogenoacetyl halide with a long carbon chain alcohol according to a certain proportion under solvent-free conditions so as to obtain via a reaction an α halogenated carboxylic acid ester; and a quaternary amination reaction of the halogenated carboxylic acid ester and tetramethyl diamine: mixing an obtained halogenated carboxylic acid ester reaction intermediate with the tetramethyl diamine according to a certain proportion, adding an appropriate amount of solvent, reacting under a certain condition to obtain a faint yellow transparent liquid, cooling to separate out white solid matter, and obtaining a novel double long chain ester-based "gemini" quaternary-N product after filtration and vacuum drying. The present invention has the following benefits: the quaternary-N of the present invention has good biodegradability and good hydrophilicity; the alkylating reagent α halogenated carboxylic acid ester of the present invention enables the quaternary amination reaction to be a quaternary amination reaction, and enables a post-treatment process to be simple and environmentally friendly; and the first step of the present invention, the esterification reaction, can be performed under solvent-free conditions, thus reducing the discharge of industrial wastewater, waste gases and residues. |
