<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a cost increase, and to restrain deformation of an inside duct 4 caused by as pressure change in an intake passage 22 of the inside duct 4 and stress concentration in a requiring part of strength or rigidity among the inside duct 4. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Thick film parts 50, 51 and 53-57 formed thicker than the film thickness of thin film parts 41-45, are arranged in a curved part, an obtuse angle part and a straight line part (the requiring part of strength or rigidity as a hollow structure among the inside duct 4) in the thin film-like inside duct 4 very thin in the film thickness of the thin film parts 41-45. That is, the rigidity and the strength of the curved part, the obtuse angle part and the straight line part in the inside duct 4, can be improved by forming the thickness of the curved part, the obtuse angle part and the straight line part in the inside duct 4 thicker than the film thickness of the thin film parts 41-45. Thus, a shortage of pressure-proof strength of the inside duct 4 can be eliminated without reinforcing the inside duct 4 by a reinforcing member being a separate part.
