PURPOSE: A closed type pressure ultraviolet ray sterilizer is provided, which can obtain effective disinfecting capability about various microorganisms. CONSTITUTION: A closed type pressure ultraviolet ray sterilizer comprises a closed type ultraviolet ray radiation chamber(1) which is inserted into a conduit; a multi-wavelength pressure ultra-violet ray lamp(2) which is arranged to be vertical to the fluid; a hatch(3) for maintenance which is installed on the top of the closed type ultraviolet ray radiation chamber and discharging residual air of the inner pipe; a dead zone preventing baffle(4) which is installed to be orthogonal to flow direction of the fluid and guides flow of fluid; an ultra-violet ray lamp energy control system controlling UV radiation amount; a handle type coupling(5) interlinking the drive motor and driving shaft; and a multi flow type wiper module washing the Quartz tube. |
