The device (1) has a base element (40) including a hollow shaft (50), which is loaded with compressed air in an inner chamber (52). The hollow shaft includes an air passage unit e.g. slit, in a wall for peripheral sided passage of the compressed air. The hollow shaft is inserted in a hollow body (20) so that an elongated hollow cylindrical turning body (10) is pivotable around the shaft between two pivot positions. A compressed air passage is produced for passage holes of the hollow body by the air passage unit in the respective pivot positions.
