<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable each light emitting diode to maintain a required illuminance or higher and make service life of the light emitting diode longer. <P>SOLUTION: An energy beam irradiation device 10 includes: a light emitting means 13 having a plurality of light emitting diodes 21 provided to positions facing an adhesive sheet S; a detection means 14 which detects illuminance of energy beam emitted from the light emitting diodes 21; an input means 16 to which required illuminance of the light emitting diodes 21 and rise values of currents and voltages supplied to respective light emitting diodes 21 are input; and a control means 17 which performs such control as to increases the currents and voltages in accordance with the rise values to correct the illuminance of the light emitting diodes 21 to the required illuminance or higher when the illuminance detected by the detection means 14 becomes lower than the required illuminance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
