<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door lock structure of a switch gear enabling a door to be easily opened and closed and engageable with a casing at multiple points. <P>SOLUTION: This door lock structure includes the door 2 attached to the mounting surface 21a of the opening of a box panel 21 which forms the switch gear, a slide plate 22 slidably attached to the inside of the peripheral edge bent section 2a of the door 2, having a plurality of engagement holes 22b on the side thereof facing the mounting surface 21a, and slid when a handle 6 attached to the door 2 is opened and closed, and a lock bolt disposed on the mounting surface 21a of the box panel 21 in such a manner as to correspond to the engagement hole 22b. When the door 2 is closed and the handle is set to the closed position, the engagement hole 22b is engaged with the lock bolt.
