NAVIGATION SYSTEM EQUIPPED WITH HIGHPASS TERMINAL AND METHOD OF GUIDING HIGHPASS ROUTE

PURPOSE: A navigation system including a high pass terminal module and a method for guiding a high pass lane using the same are provided to perform a safe operation of a driver by informing a high pass lane to a driver in entering a tollgate in advance. CONSTITUTION: A high pass lane storing module(100a) stores information about a high pass lane according to tollgate of highway. A high pass terminal module(120) is a module for recognizing a high pass tollgate. An electronic card is detachably inserted to the high pass terminal module. A high pass lane guide control module(150) reads a state of the high pass terminal module in entering the high pass tollgate, and delivers lane information to an output module based on the high pass lane storing module and the state of the read high pass terminal module. The output module outputs the high pass lane or the normal lane according to the delivered lane information.
