PURPOSE: A roller table control device and a method thereof are provided to prevent transfer speed of a product from reducing in case of long products by locating the back end of the product to the upper part of a first roller table. CONSTITUTION: A roller table control device comprises a first roller table(100), a first detecting unit(110), a second roller table(200), a second detecting unit(210), an input unit(300), and a controller(400). The first roller table transfers a product transferred from a cutter. The first detecting unit senses the product entering into the first roller table. The second roller table transfers the product transferred from the first roller table. The second detecting unit senses the product entering into the second roller table. The input unit is to input the length of the product and the waiting time of the first and the second roller table. The controller generates a control signal for controlling the product transfer of the first and the second roller table, based on the waiting time, the length of product, and the signal.
