Analysis method for analysing the effectiveness of a test substance on biological and/or biochemical samples

The method involves providing an evaluation rule that uses raw data of a sample to determine an activity value, which describes effect of a test substance at present concentration. The rule is influenced by a control parameter. A starting value is determined for the parameter. A measure of correspondence between determined activities and a functional model is determined, where the model results from theoretical considerations and has a dose/effect curve describes dependence of the activities on the concentration. The parameter is modified, when an abort criterion is not reached.
