The invention relates to medicine, particularly oncology.The remedy for treating precancerous conditions comprises decoction of linden flowers and aboveground part of white mistletoe, a mixture of RPM1 1640 nutrient medium and stem cells, protein extract of tumor tissue, in the following component ratio, mass %:decoction of linden flowers����10decoction of aboveground part of white mistletoe��20mixture of RPM1 1640 nutrient medium and stem cells�35protein extract of tumor tissue����35.The method for treating precancerous conditions consists in the administration per os of said remedy, 20 ml 4à5 times a day in 30 min before meals, during 60à120 days.
