FIELD: physics. ^ SUBSTANCE: absorption membrane (1) of the detector is suspended using at least one heat insulating bearing part (5ab) on the front face of a substrate (2), which has at least two electrical leads (3), which are electrically connected to the membrane (1) through conducting layers (9), for example.
