PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light receiving device capable of correcting a light receiving signal regardless of a subject, a focal point detector and an imaging device. SOLUTION: The light receiving device comprises: a light receiving means 161d which receives a luminous flux and outputs a light receiving signal; and a storage means 170 which stores correction values of the light receiving signal for luminous fluxes of a plurality of wavelengths.
