<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve analytical accuracy in an electronic component, by preventing failure by an external factor such as oxidation of an analytical terminal surface. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic component 100 has a plurality of signal conductors, and is mounted on a wiring board, and has a lead terminal 2 electrically connected to the signal conductors and mounted on the wiring board, an analytical terminal 1 electrically connected to the signal conductors and connected to an analytical apparatus when analyzing the electronic component 100, and an insulating protective member 3 covering at least one analytical terminal 1 and removable in an analysis.
